        The Grazing Table

A table filled with cheese, meats, carbs, and sweets. How is that even legal? Well it is and you need one for your next big event! I come to you and build the table of your dreams! My style is rustic, earthy and warm. I love using dimensions, textures, greenery, and flowers. Let's Graze!!

     What's on a Grazing Table?

I offer a variety of full wheels and cut cheeses. I typically use Brie, Cheddar, Gouda, and Parmesan. I use a variety of cured meats. A mixture of breads, crackers, and pretzels. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, olives and pickles. I use a selection of savory and sweet jams, honey, mustard, hummus (garlic and red pepper) other seasonal dips, an assortment of nuts and last but not least, sweets! If you want something specific just ask...just remember everything is customizable! :-) 


   The Booking Process:

You're probably wondering how to book this dream table! First, you have to click here and just fill out the order form. Once that form is sent I will get back to you within 24 hours. From there we will talk all the details and I will send you a quote. If the quote is accepted, I will send over an invoice. Once you receive your invoice a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. Final payment must be made 48 hours prior to the event. 

Keep in mind: I do need at least a two week notice. So book as soon as you have a date for your event!


   Important Information

  • You MUST provide your own table, tablecloth and table skirt. I DO NOT provide those items. The table size will be determined when you book. I can also create "tables" on counter tops, islands, and other spaces in your home!  

  • Due to the climate in Maryland (especially in the summer months) and for food safety reasons, Simply Sarah Charcuterie advises against setting up a grazing table outdoors. Sometimes circumstances can allow for this. Please let us know during the order process. Simply Sarah Charcuterie will not be liable for any circumstances, costs, liabilities or claims arising out of a failure to adhere to the table requirements. 

  • I need at least a two week notice and it would be SUPER helpful if I could see the area. You can either send a picture or I can come visit (I'm a visual learner)

  • Tables will require at least 1-3 hours of set up time (depending on size and requirements of your table) 

  • Typically, I set-up the event and I leave. It's self-serve. I will collect all boards and supplies within 48 hours. A fee will be applied if decorations and supplies are damaged or broken.

  • I recommend items staying out for a max of 3-4 hours. 

  • My cancellation policy: If you cancel 72 hours of booking date, I retain the non-refundable deposit as liquidated damages. So NO refund will be given.
