My style is warm, earthy, and whimsical. I love layering textures, fresh greenery, floral's, and beautiful food to create a display that feels inviting, abundant, and completely unique to your event.

The Gather Table

Flat rate of $925

Perfect for 30-35 guests, The Gather Table is my signature flat-rate Grazing experience designed to make hosting easy while still giving your guest that unforgettable "wow" moment.

I'll arrive, style everything beautifully, and create a warm and inviting spread that's as beautiful as it is delicious!

-One-3 ft Charcuterie Board

-One -15" Round Crudite Board

-Seasonal Fruit Display

-Choice of 2 Sandwiches

-Choice of 1 Homemade Salad

-Creamy Hummus served with pita bread and fresh cucumbers

The Signature Grazing Table

Starting at $35 a person

Hosting a larger event? The Signature Grazing Table is designed for 36+ guests and is completely customized for your celebration. Think of this as The Gather Table...elevated. You'll receive everything included in The Gather Table, plus additional artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables, handcrafted appetizers, extra sandwiches, homemade salads, seasonal sweets, and specialty items tailored to your event.

Signature Grazing Table Includes:

-Everything included in The Gather Table

-Expanded selection of artisan cheeses and premium cured meats

-Additional mini sandwiches and handheld appetizers

-Multiple homemade salads

-More seasonal fruits, veggies, dips, breads, crackers, and accompaniments

-Fresh greenery, florals, and elevated styling throughout the table

-Delivery, setup, breakdown

-Approximately 3 hours of setup to create a fully customized Grazing experience.

The Booking Process:

You're probably wondering how to book this dream table! First, you have to click here and just fill out the order form. Once that form is sent I will get back to you within 24 hours. From there we will talk all the details! I will send over an invoice. Once you receive your invoice a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. Final payment must be made 48 hours prior to the event.

Keep in mind: I do need at least a two week notice. So book as soon as you have a date for your event!

Important Information

You MUST provide your own table, tablecloth and table skirt. I DO NOT provide those items. The table size will be determined when you book. I can also create "tables" on counter tops, islands, and other spaces in your home!
Due to the climate in Maryland (especially in the summer months) and for food safety reasons, Simply Sarah Charcuterie advises against setting up a grazing table outdoors. Sometimes circumstances can allow for this. Please let us know during the order process. Simply Sarah Charcuterie will not be liable for any circumstances, costs, liabilities or claims arising out of a failure to adhere to the table requirements.
I need at least a two week notice and it would be SUPER helpful if I could see the area. You can either send a picture or I can come visit (I'm a visual learner)
Tables will require at least 1-3 hours of set up time (depending on size and requirements of your table)
Typically, I set-up the event and I leave. It's self-serve. I will collect all boards and supplies within 48 hours. A fee will be applied if decorations and supplies are damaged or broken.
I recommend items staying out for a max of 3-4 hours.
My cancellation policy: If you cancel 72 hours of booking date, I retain the non-refundable deposit as liquidated damages. So NO refund will be given.
